Chapter 720
2024 Florida Statutes Chapter 720 pertaining to HOAs with more than 100 parcels

As per the 2024 Florida Statutes Chapter 720, HOAs with more than 100 parcels must post all of their rules, convenents, budgets and related documents on their websites as of Jan. 1, 2025
As separate entities from Cypress Lakes Masters, Plats with more than 100 homes must abide by the new statutes. As per Chapter 720: The website must contain digital copies of the association's specified official records, including:

• Financial & Corporate Records: The annual budget, financial reports, and current insurance policies.
• Contracts & Bids: Copies of executory contracts or bids for work and materials, including bid summaries exceeding $500 for a duration of one year.
