As per the 2024 Florida Statutes Chapter 720, HOAs with more than 100 parcels must post all of their rules, convenents, budgets and related documents on their websites by Jan. 1, 2025
As separate entities from Cypress Lakes Masters, Plats with more than 100 homes must abide by the new statutes. Accordingly, each Plat with more than 100 homes will have its own member-only page under the Plat Management tab, or their own website, with downloadable files pertaining to Rules and Regulations, Amendments, Insurances, Contracts, Legal Documents, etc. Specific members-only Plat residents and homeowners can access via the tabs under Plat Management or buttons below.
